The Road to Kindness
Jonah stops to help a stranger and learns what it really means to love your neighbor. Inspired by Jesus’ parable, he chooses kindness every time.

(Based on the Gospel of Jesus – Luke 10:25–37)
In a peaceful village, a boy named Jonah loved racing down the road on his scooter. One day, he saw someone lying by the roadside—hurt, tired, and afraid.

Many people passed by, too busy or unsure to help. But Jonah stopped, wrapped the stranger in his hoodie, and walked him to the nearest house.

The man smiled weakly and said, “Thank you, young friend.”

That evening, Jonah’s mom told him the story of the Good Samaritan—how Jesus taught us that a true neighbor is someone who shows kindness, no matter who needs it.

Jonah nodded and whispered, “I want to be that kind of neighbor every day.”

Lesson: Kindness is the true sign of a neighbor, and love is what makes a hero.
