The Mirror in the Garden
Priya finds a magical mirror that reflects more than her face—it reveals her heart. Through simple acts of kindness, she learns what true beauty really means.

In the middle of a quiet village, a girl named Priya loved picking flowers from her grandmother’s garden. One day, while digging near a patch of daisies, she found something shiny buried in the soil—it was a little round mirror with a wooden frame carved with the word: "Truth."

When Priya looked into it, she expected to see her face.

But instead, she saw scenes from her day—how she had shared her toys with her brother, and also how she had ignored a classmate asking for help.

Confused, she asked her grandmother, who smiled and said, “It shows not just how we look, but who we are inside.”

The next day, Priya tried harder. She helped her friend clean up a mess, invited the shy new student to play, and thanked the lunch lady with a big smile.

That evening, the mirror showed a glow around her heart. “You’re growing more beautiful,” her grandmother said, “where it matters most.”

Lesson: True beauty comes from our actions and the kindness we show others.
